NATIONAL CERTIFICATES N4-N6: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

COURSE OVERVIEW
The focus is on accounting. The curriculum concentrates on the management of financial affairs of an organisation and on concluding their studies, students will have the ability to analyses financial and statistical information, check accounts and provide financial advice. This qualification is also designed to encourage access to the accounting profession. It is offered to those candidates who would like to enter the world of finance as their career.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1.1  Any of the following NV (V) L4 Certificates:
Education and Development
Finance, Economics and Accounting
Information Technology
Management
Marketing
Office Administration
Transport and Logistics; or an

1.2  Equivalent NQF Level 4 occupational qualification; or an
1.3 APS score of 24, using double the English the four (4) next best subjects of NSC.

COURSE DURATION
How long will it take to complete the qualification?
6 months per level full-time (3 semesters to complete up to N6 level)
18 months practical experience
Enrolment in January and July
