MUSIC PERFORMANCE – NATED UTILITIES
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Music Performance course is an occupational and vocational training programme that is structured to train learners to be effective Music Professionals. This qualification is aimed at giving students the technical, theoretical and practical knowledge required in Music Performance across a range of styles and repertoire, with an extensive elective of music instrument options that allows you tailor the program to suit your specialisation and area of interest.
This course will develop your critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills through regular performance-based activities and theoretical studies.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Equivalent NQF Level 4 occupational qualification; or an
APS score of 24, using double the English the four (4) next best subjects of NSC/ NC(V) L4.
An audition and interview will be a pre-requisite.
